How to preview service availability in the admin panel?
You can preview all available time slots using a very handful feature in the Calendesk Panel – “Select a date & time from available time slots”.
Go to the Sales / Events tab and click on the “Add a booking” button in the top right corner. A new booking form will appear. Select a service you want to book for and click on the “Select a date & time from available time slots” button.
A popup with all available employees for a selected service appears. Switch between services or choose a different date to search for the right time slots. You can see available time slots from employees’ schedules or an individual schedule attached to a selected service (depends on service settings).
If a selected service offers group meetings (The maximum number of customers at the same time with one employee is more than 1), you can see a little badge in the corner of a time slot with some available spots.
