Does Calendesk support different time zones?

Yes, Calendesk supports different time zones. You can set the time zone for your account. Your clients will see the time zone appropriate for their location. Reservations will be automatically converted to the appropriate time zone of the account, making it easier to manage visits, especially for online meetings with clients from different time zones.

What will happen after the contract period expires? Will the application automatically renew and charge an additional fee for the entire period?

Yes, the selected plan is automatically renewed. If you do not want to extend the plan in the next period, you can cancel it at any time.

Is it required to provide credit card details during the registration for the trial period?

We do not require you to provide credit card details during registration for the free 14-day trial period. You can freely use the Calendesk features in the Standard plan during this time, without worrying about fees. When you decide to continue using Calendesk after the trial period, we will then ask for your credit card details to pay for the selected plan.

How will I know when my usage period is ending?

After logging into your Calendesk application account, you will see the name of your tariff plan and the remaining time until it expires in the upper right corner.

Before the plan expires, you will also receive an email notification with information about the upcoming deadline.

Will I lose my account and data if I don't extend my Calendesk usage period?

Your data will be stored in our system for some time, so you can regain access to your account and created project. However, after a certain period, we delete the data of inactive clients.

If your account is blocked after the contract period has expired, you still have the possibility to recover it after making a payment, provided that the data is still available in our system.
