Przelewy24 doesn't work on my account

Przelewy24 (P24) is a popular Polish payment method you can offer through Stripe. Sometimes it gets switched off on your account. Przelewy24 checks the websites you gave Stripe, and if it can't find terms and conditions, a privacy policy, your full company details or information about your services, the operator may turn off payments with this method.

What does Przelewy24 require?

Both the website linked in your Stripe account and the website your payments come from need:

  • Terms and conditions of the website, with your full company details and address,
  • a refund policy (if you have one),
  • a privacy policy with your full company details, tax ID (NIP) and address,
  • terms of service,
  • an About us or Contact page with your full contact details, tax ID (NIP) and address,
  • a description of what you sell, with prices. For a booking site, your booking calendar with prices is enough.

What to do when Przelewy24 is switched off

  • Make sure the website you gave Stripe has all of the above.
  • Contact Stripe and ask them to verify your account and website again: Stripe support.

You can explain the problem in Stripe's chat. Here's a message you can use:

Hello. My payment method, P24 (Przelewy24), has been disabled on my Stripe account. As a result, I can't accept payments with P24 (Przelewy24) anymore. I validated my website. I provided on my website a valid Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, my company details, and information about the products/services I offer. Could you urgently verify my account again? Thank you!

If the chat doesn't help, send the same message through Stripe's contact form.
