How to change my account password and details?


After clicking Additional options in the employee profile, as shown in the image below, you can change the basic details of your account, such as:
- first name,
- last name,
- phone number,
- country code,
- email address,
- password.

Password change

Changing your password is a process that can be done using the Additional Options – Set a new password button, visible in the image above. After clicking this button, the Calendesk booking system will display a message informing you that a link has been sent to the email address registered in your profile. This link will allow you to reset your account password.

After clicking the Set password button, you will be redirected from your email inbox to the Calendesk system, where you need to fill in the displayed window with a new password and confirm it by clicking the Save the new password button, as shown in the image below.
