How does the entire account setup process look like?

First, you’ll need to complete your company details by providing information that your customers will see. In this step, you can also generate terms and conditions and privacy policies for your future website and mobile app. Our team of lawyers has carefully crafted these documents to ensure they are versatile and suitable for your business.

Next, you’ll be prompted to add your employees and services.

After that, you’ll proceed with setting up your website and mobile app. You can choose a template and customize it to your liking. Our builder will assist you in determining your website’s address and publishing it.

The final step involves enabling payments on your website. We have partnered with the global payment operator Stripe to offer you the highest quality payment services.

How does the 14-day trial work?

The 14-day free trial of Calendesk offers full access to all features and functionalities available in the paid version, without any cost or commitment during the trial period.

Calendesk is a web-based application that does not require installation. Upon creating an account, you will receive step-by-step guidance to configure and familiarize yourself with the platform.

After the 14-day trial, you have the option to purchase one of the three available subscription plans to continue using Calendesk. To view the pricing details, visit www.calendesk.com and click on “Pricing.”

If you choose not to subscribe to a plan within 14 days, your access to Calendesk will be suspended. However, your account settings will be saved on our servers, allowing you to resume right where you left off when you decide to activate a subscription plan without needing to set up the platform again from scratch.

How does the website builder work?

The Calendesk website builder is incredibly user-friendly and offers a free trial version for you to explore. To create a website, navigate to the “Add-ons” tab on the left side of the admin panel, then select “Website” followed by “Create a website.” Browse through the available website templates to find one that matches your company’s style. With the builder’s easy-to-use tools, you can effortlessly customize the colors, text, and images on your website to make it uniquely yours.

How does the mobile app builder work?

The mobile app builder operates in a similar manner to the Calendesk website builder. To create a mobile app, navigate to the “Add-ons” tab on the left side of the admin panel, click on “Mobile app,” and then select “Create a mobile app.” Pick an app template that best fits your business. You can easily customize colors, text, and images using the tools available within the builder.

Customers can download the Calendesk app from the Google Play Store and the Apple Store.

It is possible to publish a fully branded mobile app featuring your company’s image (app icon with your logo and your name beneath the icon).

Yes, Calendesk provides a user-friendly mobile app designed to help employees stay informed about their bookings. When an employee signs in, they will receive notifications about any changes to their bookings, ensuring that they always know when a meeting is scheduled.

In addition to receiving notifications, the app also allows employees to add customers and modify bookings with ease. You can download the Calendesk app from both the Google Play Store and the Apple Store.

Can my customers make online payments in advance?

Absolutely! Calendesk offers integration with Stripe payment system, allowing your customers to conveniently pay for their appointments using the website or mobile app before their visit. This ensures that your time is not wasted if a customer fails to show up.

To activate your Stripe account, simply navigate to “Integrations” and then select “Stripe payments.”

Do you provide appointment reminders?

Yes, we automatically send appointment reminders 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit using your preferred method of communication. To customize your notification preferences, go to the admin panel, navigate to “Settings,” and select “Notifications.” From there, you can choose whether to send reminders via email or SMS.

What features does the Calendesk calendar offer?

The Calendesk calendar provides a user-friendly interface for managing your booking system. With the ability to assign different colors to bookings for each employee, it’s easy to visualize and understand each person’s work schedule. Our app offers a variety of calendar views, including monthly, weekly, and daily options, ensuring optimal organization and efficiency.

Is it necessary to cancel my trial period?

No, canceling your trial period is not necessary as it will be automatically terminated. If you find that Calendesk isn’t the right solution for you during the trial, feel free to inform us. In this case:

  • We will be disheartened to learn that Calendesk did not fulfill your needs,
  • You might lose out on the chance to experience swift and effortless growth for your business

Nonetheless, we understand that not every solution is a perfect fit for everyone!

Can I modify my plan at a later date?

Yes, you can update your plan on a monthly or yearly basis, based on the selected payment method. You have the option to upgrade to a higher-tier plan with more features or downgrade to a lower-tier plan with fewer capabilities.

Will my account and data be lost if I fail to extend my Calendesk usage period?

Your data will be preserved in our system for a certain duration even after your usage period has ended, allowing you to easily regain access to your account and the projects you’ve created.

Even if your account has been blocked for several days following the expiration of your contract period, you still have the option to recover it for a fee.

How will I know when my usage period is about to expire?

Upon logging into your Calendesk account, you can find the name of your service plan along with the remaining time in the top-right corner.
