How does the entire account setup process look like?

When you sign up, we will guide you step by step through the setup to familiarize yourself with the entire platform.

Several steps are necessary to show your company in the best way.

First, we will ask you to complete your company details by entering information that your customers will see. Also, in this step, you will be able to generate terms and conditions and privacy policy for your future website and mobile app. Our lawyers prepare these documents, who have made every effort to make them as versatile as possible and appropriate for your business.

In the following steps, we will ask you to add your employees and services.

The final steps include the setup of the website and mobile app. You can choose your template and customize it. Our builder will also help you set the address of your website and publish it.

The last step allows you to enable payments on your website. We partner with the global payment operator Stripe, which provides the highest quality of payment services.

How does the 14-day trial work?

The 30-day free trial version of Calendesk provides all functionalities included in the paid version.

You don’t have to install the Calendesk app anywhere – it is available online. When you create an account, we will guide you step by step through its configuration, so you will be able to learn how to operate the entire platform.

There are no costs of using the trial version of the platform. After the trial period, you can purchase access to the platform using one of the three available subscription plans. Visit our website at www.calendesk.com and click “Pricing” to find all the information you need.

If you don’t decide on any of the available plans within 14 days, your access to the platform will expire. However, all your account settings will remain on our servers. Thanks to this solution, then you activate any subscription plan, you will start working on Calendesk exactly where you left off without configuring the whole platform from scratch.

How does the website builder work?

The Calendesk website builder is very simple to use and yes, you can use it for free in a trial version! To create a website, go to the “Add-ons” tab on the left of the admin panel, click “Website” and then “Create a website”. Choose a website template that suits your company. You can customize colors, text and images on your website in a very simple way, using the tools available in the builder.

How does the mobile app builder work?

The mobile app builder works similarly to the Calendesk website builder. To create a mobile app, go to the “Add-ons” tab on the left of the admin panel, click “Mobile app” and then “Create a mobile app”. Choose an app template that suits your company. You can customize colors, text and images in a very simple way, using the tools available in the builder.

Your customers can download the Calendesk app from Google Play Store and Apple Store.

It is possible to publish the mobile app fully branded with your company image (app icon with your logo and your name under the icon).

Do you have a mobile app for employees?

Yes, Calendesk has prepared a simple mobile app for employees to keep them up to date with their bookings.

Notifications about booking changes are sent to the app when the employee signs in. Your employee will always know exactly when they have a meeting scheduled.

The app also allows you to add a customer and make changes to your bookings. You can download the app from Google Play Store and Apple Store.

Can my customers make online payments before the visit?

Of course! Calendesk is integrated with the Stripe payment system. Your customers can pay for their visits using the website and mobile app (even before the visit takes place), so you can rest assured that your time will not be wasted if the customer does not show up.

Go to “Add-ons” and then “Stripe payments” to activate your Stripe account.

Do you send appointment reminders?

Yes, notifications are sent automatically, exactly 24 hours before the visit, in the form you choose. In the admin panel, go to “Settings”, and then “Notifications” to decide which notifications we should send to your customers. You can choose to email or SMS notifications.

What options does the calendar give me?

The Calendesk calendar allows for easy operation of the booking system. Thanks to the different colors of bookings that you can assign to your employees, you can easily read the work schedule for each of them. Our app allows you to enable monthly, weekly and daily views of your calendar.

After how long can I cancel my trial period?

You can cancel the trial at any time – you do not have to give us any reasons or worry about any fees being charged. If during the trial period you decide that Calendesk is not for you for any reason, then simply delete your account. In such a situation…

  • we will be sorry that Calendesk did not gain your approval,
  • maybe you’ll also miss the chance for quick and convenient development of your business

But that’s life!

Can I change my plan in the future?

You can change your plan every month or year, depending on the settlement method you have chosen. You can choose both a higher version (offering more capabilities) as well as limit your involvement and choose a lower version.

Will I lose my account and data if I forget to extend my Calendesk usage period?

Your data will continue to be available in our system for some time – so you can easily regain access to your account and the project you have created.

After the contract period has expired and the account has even been blocked for a few days, you still have the opportunity to recover it subject to a fee.

How will I know when my usage period is about to expire?

When you log into your Calendesk account, the name of your service plan and the time remaining will be displayed in the right corner.

Shortly before the plan expires, you will also receive a pop-up notification right after you log in and we will also send you an email.
