1. The customer record is viewed when a specific customer is selected from the list of customers in the “Customers” tab. Thanks to the tabs shown in the photo above, you can easily navigate between key customer information:
- the customer’s data,
- booking history,
- payment information.
Here you will find out if the customer has verified their email address, which was provided during registration and when this account was created by the customer. Here you will see the status of the customer account you are currently viewing:
- blocked account,
- active account.
You can change the status of the account by using the function button representing the three dots in the top right corner of the photo below.
The first of these tabs allows you to view customer data. Here you can edit the customer’s data entered in the system. If you want to save each data modification to the system, make sure that the “Save” function button is selected to confirm the changes.
