In this article, you will learn how to create a mobile application for your customers and allow them to make bookings with your services.
Go to Add-ons / Mobile app in Calendesk Admin Panel and click on the “New mobile app” button.
If you already have a mobile application template and want to edit it, click on the “Edit” button on the templates list to open the builder. For information on editing a mobile application, see the following article – “Add-ons – mobile application – personalization“.
Select the template you would like to use. The template is just a suggested graphic design that we have created to make it easier and quicker to create a mobile app. You can customize the graphic design to your needs. The arrows on the right and left of the popup will let you scroll between available templates. Click on the “Select” button located directly below the template you want to edit.
After selection, you will be redirected to a mobile application builder, where you can personalize your application. Here, in the Add-ons – mobile application – personalization article, you can read more about editing your app.
After successful publication, you can open the app on your phone (of course, if you have downloaded the mobile Calendesk application from Google Play or App Store).

Start the application
To start using the Calendesk mobile app as a customer, please follow the steps:
- First, download and open the Calendesk mobile application.
- Enter the company’s name you had used when you registered on the Calendesk platform – you can update it in the Settings/Your company tab.
- Click on the “Go to login” button (if you already have a customer account) or register as a new customer using the “Sign up” button.
- Enter an email address and a password for the new customer account.
Please notice, all the information about your employees and services you have provided in Calendesk will be available in your mobile application.
